Agreement to Terms
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any services offered through Moved 2 Heal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions prior to completing your booking or purchase.
Made-to-Order Artwork

All artwork sold through Moved 2 Heal is produced using a print-on-demand fulfillment service. Each piece is printed specifically for the customer at the time an order is placed.

Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once production has begun.

Production and shipping are managed by a professional third-party printing partner.

Artwork from Moved 2 Heal is currently available for delivery within:

The United States

The United Kingdom

Orders placed outside of these regions may not be fulfilled.
Production and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through a network of professional printing facilities. Production location is determined by the fulfillment provider based on factors such as product availability, production capacity, and delivery destination.

While orders may be produced within the same country as the delivery address, production may also occur at another facility within the provider’s network when necessary.

Moved 2 Heal does not control or select the specific production facility used for fulfillment.
Shipping

Shipping timelines vary depending on production schedules, shipping carriers, and destination.

Moved 2 Heal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Orders shipped within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom are typically fulfilled under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping through the fulfillment provider.

Under DDP shipping, import duties and customs fees are generally included in the shipping process. However, customs authorities ultimately determine whether fees are applied.

If unexpected customs or import charges occur, customers may contact the fulfillment provider directly for assistance.

Customers may report unexpected customs charges within 30 days of receiving the order to request review and possible reimbursement.

Customs fees, when applied by local authorities, are paid directly to the respective customs agency and are not collected by Moved 2 Heal.
Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Moved 2 Heal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order must be reshipped due to an address error, additional shipping costs may apply.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders are shipped with tracking whenever available.

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Moved 2 Heal is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly if a delivery issue occurs.
Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a production defect, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging in order to review the claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Returns and Exchanges

Because all artwork is produced to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

change of mind

incorrect size selection

buyer preference

Returns or replacements are only available for verified production defects or items damaged during shipping.
Color and Print Variations

Colors may appear slightly different in print than on digital screens due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and printing processes.

These differences are considered normal in fine art printing and do not constitute a defect.
Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the copyright and intellectual property of Dene and Moved 2 Heal.

The purchase of a physical print grants ownership of the physical item only and does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, copy, or commercially use the artwork.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
