Agreement to Terms

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any services offered through Moved 2 Heal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions prior to completing your booking or purchase.

 

Personal One-on-One Sessions

Booking and Payment

• All private sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your confirmed booking reserves the appointment time specifically for you.

• All payments are processed at the time of scheduling and confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Scheduling and Time Zones

• All appointment times are scheduled according to the time zone displayed in the booking confirmation and meeting link.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing the date, time, and time zone listed in their confirmation email and Zoom meeting details to ensure they attend their session at the correct time.

• If you are uncertain about your scheduled appointment time, please verify the time zone indicated in your confirmation prior to your session.

• Missed appointments due to time zone confusion are considered missed sessions and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

 

Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you must notify Moved 2 Heal at least 48 hours prior to your appointment in order to reschedule without penalty.

• Rescheduling requests due to illness or unforeseen circumstances should be communicated as soon as possible. When appropriate, a rescheduling coupon or alternate appointment time may be issued.

 

Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

• Session times are reserved exclusively for each client.

• If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the appointment may be shortened in order to respect the schedule of other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

• If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a missed session (no-show) and will be automatically cancelled.

• Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the session fee will be forfeited.

• Missed appointments due to scheduling errors, including incorrect time zone calculations, are also considered missed sessions.

 

Session Extensions

• Sessions that extend beyond the scheduled appointment time may be subject to additional fees.

• Additional time is billed at $111 CAD per 30-minute increment, when applicable and agreed upon during the session.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

• All private session bookings are non-refundable. By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

 

Coaching and Mentoring Programs

Deposit and Payment

• A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% or $500 CAD (plus applicable tax) is required to confirm participation in a personalized coaching or mentoring program.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the start of the program.

• If the program begins within the 14-day window, full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation

• If a participant must cancel due to serious illness, death, or unforeseen extenuating circumstances, payments made may be refunded minus the non-refundable retainer fee and any sessions already completed.

• If a participant chooses to discontinue participation after a program has begun, all remaining payments are non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and energetic investment involved in creating and facilitating the program.

 

Workshops, Courses, Webinars, and Retreats

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, course, webinar, or retreat, a 50% refund may be issued if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the event.

• Participation may be transferred to another individual up to 48 hours before the event begins.

• If an event must be cancelled by Moved 2 Heal due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

 

Event Tickets

• Event tickets are non-refundable.

• If an event is cancelled by Moved 2 Heal due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

 

Recording and Content Use

• You are not granted permission to record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly share any portion of sessions, teachings, recordings, or program materials without prior written authorization from Moved 2 Heal.

• Any recordings provided are intended for personal use only.

 

Personal Responsibility

• By participating in any service offered through Moved 2 Heal, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

• Clients accept full responsibility for their choices, actions, and outcomes that may arise from participating in any session, program, or event.

 

Disclaimer

• Services offered by Moved 2 Heal are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual exploration.

• These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

• No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

 

Intellectual Property

• All teachings, session materials, written content, recordings, and meditations provided through Moved 2 Heal remain the intellectual property of Dene and Moved 2 Heal.

• These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used commercially without prior written permission.

 

Products and Artwork

• Moved 2 Heal also offers fine art prints and physical artwork through a professional print fulfillment partner.

• Artwork purchases, shipping policies, and product-related terms are governed by a separate policy.

• Please refer to the Artwork Purchase Policy for full details regarding artwork orders, shipping, returns, and fulfillment.

 

Changes to Terms

• Moved 2 Heal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
