Personal, Private One on One Sessions

• It is the clients responsibility to ensure they are booking in the correct time zone.  Dene is located in Ecuador and will not be converting time for clients.

• In the event that you are not able to keep your scheduled session (date/time), please notify Moved 2 Heal no less than 48-hours prior to your session to make arrangements to reschedule at no charge.

• There are no refunds before or after any of the services provided. It is your responsibility to understand this and consent to the Terms and Conditions before concluding any purchase.

• Reschedule on your part due to illness or emergency is your responsibility to notify us to receive a coupon for rescheduling your session.

• All online sessions are due and payable at time of booking.

• Additional fees will be applied for appointment exceeding scheduled time $111.00 per 1/2-hour

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances due to Moved 2 Heal your session may be rescheduled, and you will be notified of any changes if something such as this occurs. 

• No-show appointments: after 15 minutes, will be automatically canceled and considered a donation to Moved 2 Heal

• You are not granted permission to publish any portion of any of the services publicly except with previous written authorization given by us. Any recording is for your use only.

 

Coaching and Mentoring Programs

• A non-refundable 50% or $500.00 (plus 5% goods and services tax) retainer fee is required at the time of confirming your intentions for a personalized program with Moved 2 Heal.

• The outstanding balance is due on/before 14-days prior to your first session.

• In the event that your program starts within the 14-day time frame, the deposit is waived and full payment is required to confirm your intents to be a part of the program with Moved 2 Heal.

• Additional fees will be applied for appointment exceeding scheduled time $111.00 per 1/2-hour

• Cancellation to your program in the event of death, illness or extenuating unforeseen circumstances, all monies less any sessions already accounted for will be refunded, excluding the retainer fee.

• Should you change your mind or wish to cancel moving forward within your program, please notify Moved 2 Heal immediately. Cancellation within the 14-days prior to your first session is fully refundable, excluding the retainer. Cancellation after instigation of your program, all monies are non-refundable due to the amount of energy and time expended by Dene in the evolution of your program to ensure your needs are met.

Workshops / Courses / Webinars

• In the event that you are no longer able to attend a workshop for any reason, a 50% refund will be issued if notified within 14 days prior to the event.

• Participation fees are transferable up to 48-hours prior to the start of the workshop.

• If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Moved 2 Heal, a full refund will be applied.
