Personal, Private One on One Readings

• In the event that you are not able to keep your scheduled session (date/time), please notify Moved 2 Heal no less than 48-hours prior to your session to make arrangements to reschedule at no charge.

• All online sessions are due and payable at time of booking.

• Additional fees will be applied for appointment exceeding scheduled time $75.00 per 1/2-hour

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances due to Moved 2 Heal your session may be rescheduled, and you will be notified of any changes if something such as this occurs. 

 

Coaching and Mentoring Programs

• A non-refundable 50% or $500.00 (plus 5% goods and services tax) retainer fee is required at the time of confirming your intentions for a personalized program with Moved 2 Heal.

• The outstanding balance is due on/before 14-days prior to your first session.

• In the event that your program starts within the 14-day time frame, the deposit is waived and full payment is required to confirm your intents to be a part of the program with Moved 2 Heal.

• Additional fees will be applied for appointment exceeding scheduled time $50.00 per 1/2-hour

• Cancellation to your program in the event of death, illness or extenuating unforeseen circumstances, all monies less any sessions already accounted for will be refunded, excluding the retainer fee.

• Should you change your mind or wish to cancel moving forward within your program, please notify Moved 2 Heal immediately. Cancellation within the 14-days prior to your first session is fully refundable, excluding the retainer. Cancellation after instigation of your program, all monies are non-refundable due to the amount of energy and time expended by Dene in the evolution of your program to ensure your needs are met.

 

Workshops

• In the event that you are no longer able to attend a workshop for any reason, a 50% refund will be issued if notified within 14 days prior to the event.

• Participation fees are transferable up to 48-hours prior to the start of the workshop.

• If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Moved 2 Heal, a full refund will be applied.

 

Event Tickets

• Non-refundable.

• If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Moved 2 Heal, a full refund will be applied.

 

Product

• Shipping and Handling is calculated at the lowest rate available to the buyer with the cost being the responsibility of the buyer.  If a shorter delivery is required then please notify the seller to upgrade the shipping.

• Any damage incurred in shipping must be documented by the buyer with photo upon delivery of such evidence.
